GET BIG QUICK SHAKE - 3000 Calorie shake

                    

                       "Get Big Quick"



We all have heard this phrase atleast once in our endeavour to gain muscle. The phrase itself evokes a feeling of getting huge as quickly as possible. But its easier said than done, especially for us hard gainers who already are struggling with consuming the maintenance calories let alone the surplus calories required to gain weight.

The get big shake packs on some serious calories and is for guys who really wanna get big...SERIOUSLY BIG... (HULK BIG)...

The ingredients used are bodybuilding staples but still it packs loads of carbs and sugar...so if you are too concerned with gaining a bit of fat than I'd suggest you to stay away from this shake !

Ingredients :

  1.  2 Bananas
  2.  2 cups oats (Grind the oats first in the  blender to convert it into powder)
  3.  6 tbsp. Peanut butter ( use All natural, if  possible)
  4.  6 large egg whites
  5.  2 cups of low fat ice cream
  6.  1 litre (32 oz.) skimmed milk
  7.  60 g Maltodextrin*
  8.  3 scoops Whey Protein
  9.  1/2 cup ice.
*If you don't have maltodextrin powder , you can use 4 tbsp of Honey.

Blend everything together. Divide the shake into 4 equal parts and drink throughout the day.



TIP : If you feel that the shake is too much and you cannot consume it all in a day. You can even store it in a refrigerator where it will last about 3 days.
