500 Calories Lean Gains Shake

Hi Guys,

This is going to be a very easy, no hassle, quick shake that you can have right away or can carry to college,work, or anywhere.

It has just two ingredients :


  1. 1 cup Oats 
  2. 2 scoops protein
  3. 10 almonds (optional).


Just dump Oats and protein in a shaker and you are good to go. Just add water whenever you wanna have it.

This is an amazing and versatile shake that can be used while Bulking or Cutting. Also, you can easily change the taste of the shake just using a different protein .

TIP : I personally don't like oats at all and this shake used to be very difficult for me to gulp down. So what I do is I add hot water to this mix just upto the level of oats, put the lid back on and let it cook itself for 2-3 minutes. This gives it a thick consistency and makes it tastier. To top it off add some almonds over this. And you have a complete meal replacement.
