1000 Calories easy MUSCLE BUILDING SHAKE

Hi guys,

This one's my favourite shake and i've probably had this shake daily for 2 years and I am damn serious.
As you know i've always been a hard gainer and its very difficult for me to consume 3000-4000 calories every single day by just eating those chicken breasts and eggs.. I just can't eat that much man!!
If you are just like me, just chug this shake a couple of time daily and believe me you'll gain weight in no time .
Also, as this is a HIGH CALORIE gaining shake so keep your diet very clean throught the day.

So here's the ingredients you'll be needing:


300 ml Double toned or 2% milk.
1/2 cup Ice.
2 scoops Whey protein.
1 cup chocolate ice-cream.
2 tbsp. Nutella 
4-5 Oreo double chocolate cookies
